The Aqara Smart Vibration Sensor is a compact, wireless device designed for motion, vibration, and shock detection. Using Zigbee technology, it ensures low-power, reliable communication and seamlessly integrates into your smart home system. Equipped with an accelerometer and built-in gyro, the sensor can detect various motion patterns, such as vibrations, tilts, and drops, making it ideal for monitoring windows, doors, or valuables.

The sensor requires an Aqara Hub (sold separately) and a secure 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network connection. It can connect up to 128 devices, with the use of a repeater like the Aqara Smart Plug or Aqara Smart Wall Switch (with Neutral). When unexpected vibrations are detected, the sensor sends alerts to your phone or triggers the local alarm on the Aqara Hub.

Additionally, the sensor detects tilt and drop movements, allowing it to be attached to valuables or drawers. You’ll be notified of any movement, helping you secure your items. It can also trigger other Aqara devices for automation, enhancing your home’s security and convenience.

The Aqara Vibration Sensor is powered by a CR2032 battery and operates in a wide temperature range (-10℃ to 45℃). Its compact size (36 x 36 x 9 mm) ensures discreet placement, and it’s compatible with the Aqara Hub, Mi Home app, and Apple HomeKit for remote control and automation.
